Price ranges from our online estimator, our team and our automated tools are ballpark figures built from past projects. They are not quotes, bids or offers. Your official price comes in a written, itemized proposal from a project director after your Home Assessment is complete.

Our guides, articles, videos and answers are general information. They are not engineering, legal, permitting or insurance advice for your property. Soil, grade, drainage, utilities, easements and HOA rules change what a project needs. Some work, such as retaining walls over 4 feet, requires an engineer.

Project photos and case studies show work on specific properties. Your result depends on your site, design and materials. 3D renderings show design intent, and finished colors and textures vary with natural materials and lighting. Some product and design photos are supplied by manufacturers.

We use AI and automated tools to calculate ranges, answer messages and calls, and draft proposals and renderings. They can make mistakes. Nothing from an automated tool is binding until our team confirms it in writing. See Use of AI and Automated Tools in our Terms of Service.

Guarantees and warranties apply only as written in your signed project agreement. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. Financing is offered through third-party lenders, is subject to their approval, and your loan agreement is with the lender.

Certifications and authorizations we list, such as Belgard, Keystone and NDS, describe our standing with those programs. Brand names and logos belong to their owners, and their use does not mean the brand guarantees our work.
